Backstory My wife is a Pre-K teacher and I feel that being a teacher requires an over abundance of patience and understanding. I couldn't last one day in her shoes. Teaching other peoples kids takes A LOT, lol. So this was the first year I knew she would need a few days after the school year to relax and decompress.

Hotel Review

Check in: We’ve been here so many times we’ve learned the names of the front desk staff. Brian and Stacey are amazing and will help make your stay as great as they possibly can.

Room: We stayed in the Premium Studio Suite this time as boy was it a pleasure. I know in my last post about their rooms I stated their rooms are basic business class, but not this one. This room was definitely more play than work. The rate was $329 and during peak season.

Sometimes when you book nice rooms at hotels or resorts the have a concierge to help ensure things are nice and smooth. This hotel doesn’t have one but their staff were more than willing to help me out with a few things to help try to impress my wife. I called ahead the day of check in to make a few special

requests. I asked for a bottle of house champagne, 2 flute champagne glasses, and some fruit. They not only took care of ALL my request but they also left some chocolate covered strawberries and a card. They champagne, glasses, and card were set up nicely when we came in and the fruit was in the mini fridge. Awesome job.

So let’s talk about the room, the room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows which allow you to have amazing views from anywhere in the room, except the bathroom. Lol. It’s a studio floor plan and the living room is semi separated from the bedroom by a 4 ft wall where a swivel TV sits. The TV swivels to accommodate you in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was nice a spacious with a jetted whirlpool tub. This room also has some cool design work on the ceilings.

Beach: Since we frequent this beach, my wife and I didn’t go down to the beach but we throughly enjoyed the beach and skyline view from the large wrap around balcony.

Pool: Again we frequent this location and didn’t go down to the pool but enjoyed the pool view from the balcony.

Gym: We were finally able to use and enjoy the gym this time. While working out we were able to enjoy beach views and even saw dolphins in the water. The gym has your basic needs to get a decent workout in while in vacation. Cardio equipment, cables, and an amazing view.

Check out: Super easy and quick check out. They have a little bin on the front desk where you drop off your room keys and let the front desk receptionist know what room you are checking out of. Also, if you are a Radisson Rewards member ask about late checkout. Thank me later…lol

Conclusion: Phenomenal trip and it actually caught me off guard with how nice this particular room was. I thought all their rooms were business class but I was pleasantly surprised by this room. This room felt like luxury at a great price point.
